Coral & I have been talking about doing a project together for sometime. I have just got back from holiday, feeling inspired and creative so we decided there is no time like the present. The project came about because we both wanted to push the boundaries of something we enjoyed. With Coral, it is using makeup & styling in a way which is a little more extreme than usual, and with me, focusing on the art of bringing out my subject’s character. I think the two coincide rather well. We are using locals in and around Bridgetown, as we thought it would have more relevance to others, and would probably get the project noticed more. The aim is to bring out a specific element of the subject’s personality or history which perhaps makes them the character they are
